Innovation in corporate fundraising and social entrepreneurship.
EsteamWork brings innovation and business wise thinking to the non-profit arena. Our clients include NGOs looking for better ways to achieve objectives in (corporate) fundraising, private sector partnerships and social entrepreneurship. By focussing on NGO’s core assets - such as knowledge, outreach, capacity, global positioning and brand value - we look for opportunities to convert these assets into products and services that can be successfully marketed to businesses or consumers in order to generate sustainable income for the non-profit organisation and increase financial self-reliance.
In other words: by looking into who you are as a non-profit organisation, whom you know and what you’re good at, we’ll help you in translating those strengths into income generating activities that fit your mission and vision. We help design, implement and manage the newly developed business case start to finish; in some cases including a private sector partner or social entrepreneur, in others without.
We focus on designing positive business cases for charities and social ventures that are truly sustainable, ensuring tangible and positive returns for all stakeholders involved, both in the short and the long run. For our clients, this return should always include a significant cash component next to in-kind contributions and soft indicators.
As for our remuneration: we like to put our money where our mouth is. We primarily work on the basis of success fees, co-creation and joint ownership, ensuring working towards the same objectives while ultimately benefiting from joint efforts and results.
On the right side you’ll find some brief case studies we’ve worked on before. Do browse our blog for some more information, inspiration and backgrounds (mainly in Dutch). Sounds good? Give us a ring!

Social Venturing
Using the five principles of effectuation, EsteamWork helps NGOs transform existing assets into income generating activities. By assessing non-profits on existing „venture-worthy” means, we design a social business model that enables the charity to generate income, increase self-reliance and strengthen sustainability. Next to developing the business case, EsteamWork can take on the role of social entrepreneur and impact investor.
UPDATE: we are currently planning social ventures with Terre des Hommes, Humanitas onder Dak, IKV Pax Christi and Humana.

Workshops Entrepreneurship for non-profits
EsteamWork organises pressure cooker workshops in which non-profits learn about their potential to self-generate income and boost sustainability by embarking on the road to social entrepreneurship.
