EsteamWork brings innovation and business-wise thinking to the non-profit arena. Our clients include NGOs looking for better ways to achieve objectives in corporate fundraising and private sector partnerships. By focussing on NGO’s core assets such as knowledge, outreach, capacity, global positioning and brand value we look for opportunities to convert these core assets into income generating activities. We help design, implement and manage the business case start to finish; in some cases including a private sector partner, in others without.
In our work we focus on designing business cases that are truly sustainable, ensuring tangible and positive returns for all stakeholders involved, both in the short and the long run. For the NGO this return should always include a significant cash component next to in-kind contributions and soft indicators.
As for our remuneration: we like to put our money where our mouth is. Our claim to develop business cases that generate income for our NGO clients holds best when working on a no-cure-no-pay basis. That way we ensure working towards the same objectives while ultimately benefiting from joint efforts and results.

EsteamWork assists NGO’s in redefining corporate fundraising strategies, based on a positive business case both for the corporate donor as the non-profit recipient. With a clear focus on long-term partnerships we help build relationships that last, even in times of economic downturn. Currently we work a.o. with Hivos, focusing on mobile banking and ICT, media & communications.

Netherlands Red Cross - Ordina NV Partnership
EsteamWork is keen on building long-term relationships between corporates and NGO’s. Our partnership model focuses on core assets and expertise present at the organization as a basis for finding a successful “DNA match” with a (non-)profit partner. Recent examples include the NIMD-Berenschot partnership and the Red Cross-Ordina partnership.

Oxxio and Net4Kids work together in supporting sustainable child support projects in developing countries. Given the launch of the new portal My Oxxio, EsteamWork has developed Oxxio4Kids: a virtual platform that enables Oxxio clients to contribute to the success of Net4Kids.
