Inspiring professionals through challenges in the non-profit arena.
Inspiring professionals through challenges in the non-profit arena.
As a partner of De Beukelaar Groep, we offer a series of management development and learning tools that enable professionals to engage in current challenges at non-profit organizations.
By confronting professionals with real-time strategic issues in the non-profit arena we create an outside-the-box, outside-the-comfort-zone setting for boosting entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and teamwork.
Our programs create an opportunity for professionals to put their knowledge and networks to use for a tangible and social cause, stimulating awareness, commit-ment and action towards the company’s goals on social engagement and CSR.
Focussing on creating ‘blends’ that manifest both significant social and financial returns for our (corporate) clients is our core business since 2003. Building on track record, extensive knowledge of both the corporate and non-profit sector and day-to-day new insights, we aim at maintaining our frontrunner position as creative consultants in corporate social innovation and philanthrocapitalism.
On the right-hand side you’ll find more on our current portfolio. Do browse our blog for some more information, inspiration and backgrounds (partly in Dutch). Sounds good? Give us a ring!

MYC4 Serious Game
The MYC4 serious game is an in-company serious game that stimulates intrapreneurship and creativity, boosts cultural awareness and mutual learning, facilitates teamwork, triggers competition and directly contributes to poverty reduction though small business creation in developing countries.
FACT: The MYC4 Serious Game is sort of a microfinance pressure-cooker: you leave the game being an investor with an actual, personal investment portfolio!

Corporate Social Innovation
As of 2007, EsteamWork advises Endemol on product development and new business generation aimed at servicing the non-profit arena. A television format on sustainable fashion and a dance-event fundraising concept mark our current agenda.

EsteamWork is keen on building long-term relationships between corporates and NGO’s. Our partnership model focuses on core assets and expertise present at the organization as a basis for finding a successful “DNA match” with a (non-)profit partner.
RECENT: examples include the NIMD-Berenschot and the Red Cross-Ordina partnership.

In an outside-the-box, outside-the-comfort-zone setting, professionals are challenged to deliver hands-on solutions for a situation at a small business or non-profit organization in a developing country. By matching our client’s core competences to actual challenges on the African continent we facilitate professional learning, creativity and entrepreneur-ship while truly making a difference.
RECENT: a team of Danone young executives helped creating new business opportunities at a medium-sized mango cooperative in Burkina Faso.

Real Life Case
The Real Life Case simulation is an in-company workshop that challenges professionals - as if they were consultants - to come up with a feasible solution to a current issue at a non-profit organization. Professionals compete against each other in teams in order to “win the contract”... putting their knowledge, network and creativity to use for a charitable cause (secretly being trained on teamplay, entrepreneurial thinking and outside-th-bos strategy design.
RECENT: a team of Van Lanschot Bankiers was challenged by Plan Nederland to come up with a new strategy on corporate fundraising.
